Great location at a great price!
Location was great. Close to transit and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable.
The desk chair was lopsided and needs to be replaced.

Very Good
Kitchenette. Laundry facilities. Prompt response from staff to any concerns or questions. Chromecast. Great location. Quite a good size apartment.
Only 1 small pillow per person. Smell outside apartment door. Very uncomfortable couch. Dirty cushions. Very small room for the toilet. Toilet on angle. Made it difficult to close door. Dirty balcony...unusable. Staff were quick to respond when I complained and will take it up with cleaners. My fault for waiting until the end of our stay to bring it to the staff's attention.

Wonderful
The location is excellent, being conveniently close to the Shinjuku-gyoemmae metro station. This makes it particularly easy to visit West Tokyo locations like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Meiji Jingu, and Shinjuku Gyoen. Additionally, a supermarket, York Foods, and numerous convenience stores are nearby. The space is suitable for two people. Plus, communication is quick and pleasant.
It would have been even better if house slippers and additional towels were provided when guests are staying multiple nights.

Great value for the price, would book again!
Excellent location, lot of small places ro eat, groceries. Great for accessing public transport. Shinjuku Gjoen park just around the corner which is beautiful
The pillows could be better quality
